๐Ÿ”—All in one ERP

The same orders and invoices your team already uses

When customers email or call in every order, your team retypes each one, drafts the quotation by hand, and answers the same invoice questions again and again. A B2B customer portal moves that work to the customer, and because it shares one set of records with your ERP, every order shows up where your team already works.

Bolt a separate shop onto your ERP and orders get copied across by hand, while prices drift from your pricelist. Build the portal into the ERP instead, and the catalog, cart, quotation, and invoice all sit on the same records your team already uses, with each customer seeing only their own prices.

What you can do

  • Let customers browse and order themselves. They search the catalog, build a cart, and submit an order request. It lands as a proper sales order in your ERP (not a lead email), and the right sales rep is notified automatically.
  • Quote from the same order. A customer order request starts as a quotation. Send it and the customer gets a PDF they can sign, edit the quantities on, or decline.
  • Show each customer their own invoices. Customers view their invoices from the same accounting your team uses, with drafts hidden. Each customer sees only their own orders and invoices, locked behind their own login.
  • Price by customer. The catalog shows each customer prices from their pricelist, and can hide prices until you have quoted.
  • Make reordering fast. Customers save reorder templates and add a whole list to the cart in one step.
  • Keep the conversation on the order. Customers and staff leave comments and attach files directly on the order, so nothing gets lost in email.

How it works

A customer logs in to their own storefront, browses the catalog priced from their pricelist, and builds a cart. When they submit the order request, it becomes a real sales order in your ERP, set to quotation status and assigned to their sales rep. You review it and send the quotation, and the customer signs it or asks for changes. Once confirmed, it behaves like any sales order: stock is reserved and shipped through sales order management, and the invoice shows up in the customer's portal from the same accounting. Nothing is re-keyed, because the portal reads and writes the same records as the rest of your ERP.

Frequently asked questions

Do customer orders create real records in our ERP?

Yes. When a customer submits an order request, it becomes a real sales order with the same data your team uses, not a separate email or spreadsheet. Their sales rep is notified automatically.

Can customers receive and sign quotations?

Yes. A customer order request starts as a quotation. After you review and send it, the customer gets a PDF they can sign, edit the line quantities on, or decline.

Can customers see other customers' prices or orders?

No. Each customer only ever sees their own catalog, their own prices from their pricelist, and their own orders and invoices. Access is locked to their account.

Can customers reorder quickly?

Yes. Customers save reorder templates and add a whole list of products to the cart in one step, which is useful for regular repeat orders.

Can customers pay online through the portal?

Customers can view their invoices in the portal. Online payment is not built in today, so payment terms still run through your usual process.
