How it works

🏠Warehouse

Receive goods in; stock updates at once

📦Reserve

Hold stock for an order or a build

🚚Ship

Issue reserved stock; ties to the sale

📒Ledger

Invoiced sales and booked bills post to the books automatically

Inventory management keeps an accurate count of what's in your warehouses and records every movement as it happens.

If the number on your sales sheet, your purchase sheet, and the actual warehouse have ever disagreed, you already know the cost: someone patches a spreadsheet by hand, and every order still starts with "do we really have this?" Inventory management updates the balance automatically every time stock moves, so the number you see is the number you have.

What you can do

  • See every warehouse in one view. Hold stock per warehouse and bin location, and record transfers between them. You can see how much of an item you have, and where, at a glance.
  • Reserve stock when an order comes in. Hold stock against a sales or manufacturing order, so the same item isn't promised to two orders at once.
  • Reconcile with a physical count. Compare what you counted to the book balance and correct any difference. The periodic stock count happens inside this same feature.
  • Track by lot. For food, pharma, or anything with batch numbers and expiry, record and trace stock per lot. If something goes wrong, find the affected lot quickly.
  • Choose how cost is calculated. Value stock with FIFO, moving average, or standard cost. The valuation is ready when you close the books.

How it works

Every movement (goods in, issue, transfer, count) updates the running stock balance. When you invoice a sale or book a supplier bill, the accounting entry is created automatically, so the stock side and the books stay in step. The number in inventory and the number in accounting agree without anyone typing them twice.

Tax (Japan's consumption tax, India's GST) is handled in the accounting features.

Frequently asked questions

Can warehouse staff use it from a phone or tablet on the floor?

Yes. It runs in a browser and installs as an app (PWA) on a phone, so staff can record movements and approvals from the warehouse floor without a separate app to install or update.

What happens to reserved stock if an order is canceled?

Reserving holds stock for that order. If the order is canceled, release the reservation and the stock returns to the available pool.

Can I see who changed a stock level, and when?

Yes. Every movement records who made it and when, so you can trace any change. That is useful for audits and for reconciling variances.

How long does it take to get started?

You can start recording stock in and out the same day. Turn on inventory, add your warehouses and items, and begin. There is no migration project required to start.
